The Unitarian Church in NSW (Sydney Unitarian Church) (“the Church”) website operates under the domain name www.sydneyunitarianchurch.org (“this site”) and you are welcome to use this site on the basis of the following terms and conditions:

    The Church, which is presently constituted under the Unitarian Church Act 1927 (NSW), operates in the State of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia. Materials found on our site are based upon the laws of both New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

    The material available on or through this site summarises our services, activities and facilities and some of our governing principles and thought forms and is intended to contain matters and information which may be of general interest. The material, which may be updated and amended from time to time, is not, and is not intended to be, professional or technical information or advice to be relied upon as a basis for action on the part of any individual in respect of any matter in relation to which there could be economic loss or other legally actionable loss. Whilst the Church endeavours to take care in compiling the material, the material may not reflect the most recent developments. Further, whilst the Church seeks to give information to help the individual and other readers the Church cannot assume, and is not assuming, the role of minister, counselor, professional advisor, healer or physician in any information or other material it provides on or through this site.
